Reka Fest 2026 is a celebration of woodworking, craftsmanship, and cultural heritage. Join us for a day of inspiring sharing sessions, hands-on activities, exhibitions, and community engagement that showcase the beauty and value of woodworking.

This year, Rekayu Penang is proud to collaborate with KJ Wood Craft and Lakarsari Resources to promote traditional wood carving and woodworking joinery. Participants will have the opportunity to learn directly from experienced craftsmen through engaging sharing sessions and practical demonstrations.

Throughout the festival, you can also explore our Woodworking Tool Try-Out Corner, where you can experience a variety of traditional and modern woodworking tools, including woodturning, chiseling, drilling, hammering, and more.

Visit our Woodworking Exhibition to discover traditional carvings, timber information, woodworking joints, and handcrafted works by local artisans. Don't miss the Mini Artisan Corner, featuring unique handmade products from local craftsmen and makers.

Families are warmly invited to join Reka Family Day, where children and parents can enjoy a fun, beginner-friendly woodworking activity by crafting their very own wooden whistle together.
